Pop Place Director Dr. Maxwell Hartt and Doctoral Candidate Rachel Barber attended the World Planning Schools Congress in Helsinki, Finland. Dr. Hartt organized two special sessions on planning for demographic shifts, sat on a panel discussion binaries in planning scholarship, co-facilitated the JPER Early Career Workshop, and represented JPER at a Meet the Editors event. Rachel presented two research papers (with big audiences!)
